Why most men's skincare routines fail

4. Wash

6. Night oil

What about SPF, exfoliating, masks, toner?
SPF: yes, wear it when you are out in the sun. We do not make one; any decent facial SPF over your moisturiser is fine. The rest: skip them until the six steps are a habit. Adding steps before the basics are automatic is how routines die.
How long before you notice anything?
You will feel the difference the first morning: clean, not tight, and hydrated. What you see in the mirror builds with consistent daily use over a few weeks. Consistency is the active ingredient. That is why we numbered it.
